ABOUT Cufa: Cufa is an international aid agency which delivers a range of projects focused on economic development through livelihoods, employment, enterprise and financial inclusion programs. Cufa has offices in Cambodia, Timor-Leste, Myanmar, and Australia.
 
Cufa is seeking for Children Financial Literacy Project Coordinator to supervise three Project Officers including; Project Supervision, Project Outcomes data collection/tracking & analysis and report generation, & community/government stakeholders’ meeting involvement. 
 
 

Jobs Description :

  • Position responsibilities Actively lead, supervise and manage CFL Project, a team of 03 Project Officers to deliver the Children financial literacy and that the project objectives and outcomes are Supervise CFL Project’s budgets, and fund flow to ensure the fund is used wisely and on track.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with all existing and new partner organizations, stakeholders and Cufa -both domestic and international staff;
  • Actively engage in Cufa projects in the field, events and workshop to ensure all team members skills and time are well utilized.
  • Project Budget Management being used wisely and correctly
  • Conduct monthly reflection to improve team performance and project effectiveness 
  • Hosting oversee teams may occur during visitation to see the project or conduct a training in occasionally and be able to translate in both Khmer and English languages
  •  Strengthening community development activities and Integrate strategies in all of Cufa’s projects to mainstream people with disabilities, achieve gender equality, ensure child protection and include other marginalized people groups.

 

Job Requirment :

Essential criteria

  • Advanced English (both written and verbal) 
  • Ability to work and understand fund management and financial reports
  • Demonstrated experience supervising and managing staff in a supportive, collaborative and constructive manner.
  • Proven ability to support staff to successfully meet project objectives and goals and strengthen community development activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and direct multiple tasks and operational activities at the same time.
  • Minimum of 03 year working experience in the NGO sector and on community development projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in integrating strategies to mainstream people with disabilities, achieve gender equality as well as include marginalized people groups in all of Cufa’s projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with partner organizations and stakeholders such as government departments.
  • Willing to travel to the remote areas across Cambodia to oversee and conduct monitoring trips, and occasional overseas travel. Other desirable Competencies
  • Knowledge in gender equality, child safety and disability inclusion
  • Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated in work practices, set priorities for self and meet required deadlines
  • Strong experience reporting, proposal writing liaising government, donors and other agencies
