Jobs Description :

 ·       Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.

·       Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
·       Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
·       Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
·       Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
·       Working closely with Account and Sales
·       Resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
·       Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
·       Ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients.
·       Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress.
·       Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
·       Able to work multi-tasks and Supervise the day-to-day task assignments under manager
·       Responsible for identifying areas of weakness and providing appropriate recommendations for resolving these issues
·       Assisting with customer requests and questions
·       Coordinates work with other executive and support staff to ensure a high performance,
Customer service-oriented work environment
·       Evaluate current operations to identify and implement process improvements
·       have the ability to get along with a variety of personality types
·       assist with other administrative tasks

Job Requirment :

 ·       Bachelor in Business Administration or related field

·       2-3 Years experiences in dealing with customers and admin
·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel
·       Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build report with customers
·       Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
·       A good people who can motivate himself
·       Good in English and Chinese
