• Drive the understanding of different customer needs and convert insights into on-trend solutions, new product concepts & marketing tools
• Commercialization of projects; responsible for the product launches from the designated launch program including all activities from pre- to post launch:
o Developing value propositions & key messaging.
o Identify market potential, supporting commercial teams.
o Preparation and presentation of internal & external promotion materials.
