TH F&B is one of Business Units in TH Group focusing on fast food service and restaurant. Our company is authorized food franchise brands of Carl's Jr from the US – California, Cold Stone Creamery from the US, Gyu-Kaku BBQ from Japan, On-Yasai Shabu Shabu soup from Japan, and Pappa Rich from Malaysia. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best quality food and service and develop ourselves to be the largest company in fast food and restaurant in Cambodia.

Jobs Description :

 Market Insights

• Follow & analyze the food & beverage market as well as factors driving consumer trends and the influence:
  o Branding and activity
  o Presenting recommendations based on appropriate data and insights on a continuous basis.
  o Supporting the creation of storylines to promote our products & capabilities.
 
On-trend Marketing Management
• Drive the understanding of different customer needs and convert insights into on-trend solutions, new product concepts & marketing tools
• Commercialization of projects; responsible for the product launches from the designated launch program including all activities from pre- to post launch: 
  o Developing value propositions & key messaging.
  o Identify market potential, supporting commercial teams.
  o Preparation and presentation of internal & external promotion materials.
  o Ensure follow-up & measurement of success and suggest/implement proper actions based on the outcome.
 
Digital Marketing
• Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Measure digital media consumption and consumer online behavior.
• Capitalizing on analytical data and online metrics to provide digital experiences for user brand engagement.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
 

Job Requirment :

 - Master’s degree in marketing, general business or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years relevant (B2B) marketing experience (food industry preferred).
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles & tools. 
- Ability to translate research learning into insights & recommendations for the business.
- Demonstrated conceptual skills with experience in developing new concepts & solutions. 
- Effective project management skills.
- Excellent communicator and compelling presenter with strong written and oral communication skills. 
- Flexible, able to work independently, set and follow priorities, manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent with PowerPoint and Excel, advanced in web research. 
- Knowledge of Digital Media is a strong advantage.
