Jobs Description :

Performance Objectives:
Customer Service:
·     Prepare quotations and send to customer 

·     Prepare contracts for new customers
·     Follow up the contract and renewal contract

·     Answer to customers’ requests, compliant, question
·     Propose new products to the customers
·     Work with the technical team to ensure the service is well done
·     Post and prepare the files for the customers ordering 
·     Issue Invoices 
·     Control Stock
·     Collect payments deposit to Bank and follow the Account Receivable
·     Book TT Stock in Accounting system  
·     Book Payment Received in Accounting system  
·     Checking Monthly Tax (Sale Record)
·     Book purchase in system 
·     Control cash expense and key on system sent to Account manager (weekly or Monthly )
·     Posting sale order daily
·     Files management 

Communicate customers request, related info with the team
·     Support management with all administration tasks of Siem Reap
Internal Report:
Scan and Send Daily Invoice to Account 
·     Send weekly payment collect control to Account 
·     Send all accounting reports to management
