Jobs Description :
Purpose: Daily visit customers through sales plan assigned by sales manager or brand manager. Call made compared to call plan on daily sales report.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI): Monthly and yearly basis achievement compared to company target, sales target and distribution target.
Job Requirment :
•Target achievement total sales, and by channel
•Classification customers and ensure the activity based KPI’s are achieved
•Manage credit risks by control customer credit risk and return on instant messaging
•Effectively implement territory management
•Follow up on the product deliveries, replacement of goods return as well as wrong product deliveries
•Penetrate / establish new outlets as well as observe market situations, customer’s financial situations, product movement and competitors’ activities
•Support other functions and organize internal operation to satisfy customers’ needs
•Share best practice and key success/failure learning to the team.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATION
•Qualifications: University degree in marketing or comparable is needed
- Bachelor and or any other further qualification in marketing / trade marketing is appreciated.
•Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of trade or sales marketing management experience in FMCG categories is needed.
- Relevant experience in international, modern companies is needed.
- Former Experience/background in Sales is highly recommended.
•Knowledge: Knowledge of trade and sales marketing activities, tools and techniques is needed.
- Knowledge of FMCG category management and assortment is needed.
- Knowledge of trade channels level (Supermarket, Wholesalers marketing and traditional trade market) is highly recommended.
•Knowledge of most important working tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint
•Languages: Able to speak and write in English - Knowledge of further languages is appreciated.
