    We are currently seeking for the second outlet setup in Phnom Penh and more locations in the future who is passionate in F&B industrial and specializing in Sushi.  

   Comiss I require preparing food to serve guest; prepare foods decoration base on Kitchen department policy and procedure. The Commis I must maintain high standards of health and safety, including personal hygiene. You must also perform many basic tasks of food preparation and organization in the kitchen follow by Head Chef or Sous Chef. Sometimes these tasks will seem mundane; however, you are still vital to the successful operation of the kitchen.

Assisting direct to Head Chef and Sous Chef is very necessary to be responsible by Commis I. Taining and coaching the Commis II in replacement of Head Chef or Sous Chef; if needed and other jobs assigned by Group Head Chef and Sous Chef.

 

Job Requirment :

 - Minimum two years working experience with Hotels or restaurants.

- Completed culinary training or associate programs in culinary art
- Knowledge of Japanese Cuisine is a top priority.
- Pleasant Personality and Healthy looking
- Ability to work as a team.
- Basic English communication
- Be able to work with flexible shift.
- Friendly, honest, reliable, punctual, detail oriented with positive attitude.
