Jobs Description :


Finance, Stock, Fulfilment & Warehouse
· Ensure that all financial processes associated with each financial month, quarter and year end are executed accurately and in a timely manner at Exec level · Ensure all necessary processes are in place to ensure no stock is lost in the office, stock counts are accurate and any variances are fully investigated.· To ensure that shops are adequately stocked and this is reflected in the system · Account manage assigned warehouse, overseeing invoicing processes and coordinating relevant training or stock management processes · To liaise as required with the online shop warehouses in order to resolve delivery issues· To budget all fulfilment costs and ensure they are covered by pricing of delivery charges · To update stock batches as needed and process returns · Anticipate on the stock takes activity with warehouse and reconcile any variances· Liaise with the other teams as significant performance or fulfilment issues occur within assigned warehouse· Ensure that Product Updates are delivered within the set timeframes· Ensure a seamless and positive customer and user experience at all times
· To activate products on the shops and make sure that they are displayed correctly · Communicate to warehouses any special requirements in relation to offers as necessary · Liaise directly with suppliers to resolve any customer complaints or issues as necessary · Ensure that Product Updates are delivered within the set timeframes· Ensure a seamless and positive customer and user experience at all times
Manage Online Exces and Daily Operations
· Establish clear team responsibilities, ensuring all direct reports have relevant objectives, PDPs and yearly appraisals, while working synergistically with other teams to operate as one larger Retail team· Drive ongoing improvement of operational processes with the Warehouse and Operations teams to deliver efficiencies, ensuring consistency across the entire operation.
Shop Management
· Work with Online Marketing & Analytics team to enhance the shops and increase revenue and profitability · Ensure accurate and timely alterations to shop content for public holiday periods · Feedback any platform related issues to E-commerce Platform Manager and create temporary fixes until these are resolved · Monitor Google Analytics to better understand shop, identify and fix shortcomings and communicate advice on best practice to rest of team

Job Requirment :

 Required Qualifications;

1. A graduate diploma
2. Minimum 1 years’ experience in E-Commerce business in Cambodia market.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
3. Experience in Fashion or Retail will be highly appreciated
4. Able to communicate in English
