Jobs Description :


  • Junior Billing Administrator is responsible to support in day to day operations of Billing Postpaid Unit.
  • Responsible on Monthly Postpaid Bill Run successfully close (Pre-billing, Post- billing check & Troubleshot) and developing for new Invoicing template
  • Troubleshoot and Operate Enterprise CRM
  • Troubleshoot and Operate Dunning System
  • Monitor & Troubleshoot all systems in Billing Postpaid unit (Billing, Enterprise CRM, Dunning & inhouse application)
  • Develop & Maintenance Web Application
  • Resolve complaint and implement service request related systems/products
  • Top Up PIN delivery
  • Supporting to provide reporting
  • Monthly Governance report
  • Willingness to participate in 24/7 on call service and emergency onsite support

Job Requirment :

How To Apply :

  • Graduate in B. Sc Computer Science or related fields
  • Knowledge in MSSQL, mySQL, SQL, Linux, Programming (PHP is preferred)
  • Good to have experience and understanding of Telecom CRM, Billing & Charging System
  • Good to have experience in MSSQL, mySQL, SQL, Linux and Programming
