THE LION GROUP was established in the 1930s and today, has operations in Malaysia, China, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Myanmar, USA and Mexico. Jobs Description :
•Introduction of a new lubricants brand with low brand awareness in Cambodia.
•Acquiring market share with sustainable growth.
•Develop and implement Automotive and Commercial/ Industrial Lubricant sales plan/ forecast through analysing sales volume in B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) segment and conducting studies on competitor market information and lubes demand.
•Lead the sales team progress through close monitoring of sales performance to ensure that sales activities and sales strategy achieve on agreed sales target.
•Lead and manage a team of sales executives and key account to handle new and existing customers or distributors and be accountable for the overall team performance.
•Utilize global selling points, agreed sales and marketing plan and sales tool techniques to achieve financial targets (Volume, Revenue, Margin etc.) and Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
•Assist the formulation and implementation of the marketing activities as company strategy.
•Arrange training to develop sales competencies. Provide regular performance feedback to team.
•Develop and maintain good working relationships with all Support Functions.
•Developing profitable customers within preferred target sectors and segments.
Job Requirment :
•University degree in Sales and Marketing, General Management or Engineering.
•Minimum 10 years working experience in Lubricants or related Business.
•At least 5 years of experiences to be a team leader.
•Able to communicate in English.
•Excellent planning and implementation skills.
•Strong business acumen.
•Good team builder and motivator.
•Good commercial awareness.
•Good relationship building and networking.
•Knowledge in Strategy Pricing for Lubricant industry.
•Applicant must be able to speak and write in English and Khmer.
