Jobs Description :
Proactively create demand for the company's products and systems in the designated by influencing decision-makers with the aim of persuading key decision-makers to specify, approve and use Climaver products on building projects in order to accelerate penetration of Climaver PID against substitute products and systems and establish a stronger market position for Climaver products in the designate area.
Job Requirment :
-Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any technical field, preferably in M&E
-Knowledge of technical sales
-Knowledge of the building industry and how building projects work and how building sites operate
-Ability to work independently without close supervision
-Ability to work under pressure
-Good Building interpersonal relationships, uses initiative, demonstrates a positive attitude and is diplomatic, tactful, assertive and enthusiastic
-Good Functional skills (negotiating, presenting, selling, writing technical correspondence, planning&reporting, communication, problem solving, coordinating, monitoring and is accountable
-Good command of spoken and written English
-Good computer skills (MS Office; excel, word, power point) and e-mail.
