Jobs Description :




Senior IT Executive is responsible for ensuring the stability and smooth operation of IT hardware, software and network in order to increase work efficiency & effectiveness to customer. He/she has to provide the new technology update, IT technical support & maintenance, troubleshooting on Internet Network and so forth, which will lead a better operation in the company and all stores.
- Provide IT Technical Support, Maintenance and Troubleshooting(Hardware and Software)
- Monitor and maintain on IT Running Service, Data Retention and Data Security: Security Software, Mail Server, Website, Internet, IP -0 - Address, Active Directory, DOS System, IT -  - Support System, Printer Server & Service
- Manage and maintain on Point of Sales
- System: Receipt, Bill, Order Ticket Template, Dinex Performance, Database Connectivity, POS Application Pack, Printer Zoning, Ram and Hard Disk performance.
- Assist in preparing related reports to Line Manager
- Support in building IT team’s capacity
Other tasks assigned by line manager

Job Requirment :




- Graduated Bachelor Degree in IT or other equivalent
- CCNA Certificate or other related Networking Certificate is an optional
- At least 2 years of related experience in networking or IT support
- Strong in Networking and Security Management
- Good at Linux Command Control, Web Management, Active Directory, Group Policy, File Management
- Has knowledge/concepts in POS System, ERP System, Wi-Fi Management
- Good command in English language
- Strong in analysis and problem solving skills
- Good team player, wiling to learn and sharing attitude
- Commit to Brown Core Values, Mission and Vision
- Be able to work in a rotation shift
